Shipping

All orders ship from California using UPS, USPS, DHL and Fedex according to best rates. We now offer calculated shipping  which gives customers a discounted and competitive rate.

In stock orders will ship within 1-7 business days, after payment and delivery address are verified. Please indicate in a note on your order if you require signature  to deliver, we recommend this option for heavily trafficked areas, and on orders over 500$.

For orders shipping to Canada, we offer a 10% discount coupon. Please email us at shop at arielledepinto dot com for the code.

Shipping times for custom order vary, contact office@arielledepinto for an ETA. Tracking information will be included in a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please make sure you enter the correct address, we cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.

International shipments, outside the US are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are now calculated upon checkout with Global E. Certain countries are excluded from  Global-E, such as Switzerland, Portugal, and a few others. If you are not able to checkout or are getting a restricted notice checkout when you enter your shipping address email us at shop at arielledepinto dot com and we can facilitate the order another way.. 

We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged while in transit. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.
